The Fini-Plus products of the original buyer are guaranteed against any material and manufacturing defects. ‘’Defects’’ means any imperfection that can impair the use of those products.
The warranty is limited to the repair or the replacement at the state of the purchase, of defective pieces of the mantel only.
Note: Concrete is a non-combustible material. When overheated, it can crack, which is why we add shredded fiberglass. Micro-cracks or discoloration do not constitute a manufacturing defect per se, and do not prevent the use of the shelf or mantle.
FINI-PLUS is not responsible for paint or graining wood finish if it was painted by anybody else than FINI-PLUS.
This warranty applies for normal use conditions and does not apply for any defects resulting from negligence, misuse, alterations by the buyer, overutilization or overexposure.
FINI-PLUS reserves the right to demand your proof of purchase from the authorized dealer or other support documents for this warranty to apply.
This warranty is offered to the original buyer.
The FINI-PLUS warranty applies in Canada and is valid only if the installation has been carried out in accordance with the instructions given by the manufacturer (FINI-PLUS).
All FINI-PLUS Product must not be transported on a trailer.
